Java Developer - Onsite, United Kingdom

+ Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement code for highly critical applications.
  • Investigate, debug, analyze, and fix errors identified across all applications.
  • Full understanding of the Agile development model to integrate into existing teams.

+ Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries and providing after-sales assistance
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers on price, delivery, etc.
  • Actively involved in handling customers' inquiries and needs. E.g. preparing quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.

**STEM Educator (Full Time) - Onsite, Vertis North**

+ Responsibilities

  • Deliver robotics and coding programs online and in the center.
  • Employ a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments, which guide the learning process toward curriculum goals and student learning.
  • Ensure students' engagement and participation in the class.
  • Use technology to promote learning, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Work in partnership with teachers and staff, modeling consistent effective teaching with technology, engagement, lesson plan design, use of technology, STEM, and online tools.
  • Develop and update lesson material periodically.
  • Understand and be able to design, develop, assess, and manage STEM learning experiences.

+ Responsibilities

    Managing Cluster/Community Performance

  • Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits.
  • Complete weekly huddles and come up with Team strategy to achieve operational goals.
  • Partner with Operations Manager on Continuous Improvement activities, training and action plans.

    Client Advocate

  • Accomplish weekly deliverables, such as: Coaching compliance inclusive of RCAs and action Plans
  • Team attendance infraction insights through internal Sutherland attendance tool.
  • Provide ideas that can help the client improve their product, business, processes and/or policies.

    People Management

  • Set up accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges.

+ Who You Are

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Three years of operations and management experience; process transformation experience.

  • Managing Team Performance: Improve team performance on Customer Experience metrics (Resolution and CSAT) through call listening, behavioral coaching and setting effective action plans.
  • Client advocate: Address team attendance and attrition through relationship building and removing barriers that affect People Metrics. Improve employee morale.

+ Who You Are

  • At least two years of Team Leader experience supporting Banking and Financial services campaigns – specifically collections.
  • Be able to work in MS Office.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Subject Matter Expert - Onsite (Clark, Pampanga) **

+ Responsibilities

  • Empower the Work: Create, facilitate, Huddle Sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  • Impact the bottom line: Conduct BQ / Remedial training for the folks in nesting. Also conduct floor interventions for BQ teams.
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Take the lead: Delivering new hire training for the business, ensure to give a good learning experience for the new hires, ensuring to equip new hires with relevant skill set to meet the production goals from the first month post nesting Should partner with quality and training manager to identify skill and knowledge gap that leads to an in stable performance trend Work with the training manager to prepare training content to run a BQ intervention for the business and Work with the training manager in catering the learning via the update management process and new launches.
